The following is provided as part of the Fees for a 6-month period only:

MSAC Winter Season Discount – 25% Eligibility Policy
 
The MSAC Winter Season Discount (25%) is designed to recognise and support players who demonstrate a strong commitment to competition participation, club engagement, and community involvement throughout the MSAC Winter Season.
 
The 25% discount will be provided at the conclusion of the MSAC Winter Season, subject to players satisfying all eligibility requirements outlined below.
 
1. Payment Requirement
To remain eligible for the MSAC Winter Season Discount (25%), players must pay the full season registration fee, covering all 21 rounds, no later than four (4) weeks from the commencement of the MSAC Winter Season.

Players who do not meet this payment requirement will be required to pay the standard full rate per player, per game, prior to each game.

Where all eligibility criteria are satisfied, the 25% MSAC Winter Season Discount will be applied or reimbursed at the end of the Winter Season.
 
2. Participation & Engagement Requirements
To qualify for the 25% MSAC Winter Season Discount, players must meet all of the following criteria:
 
2.1 Active Club Membership (Link: Club Membership 12 Months)
Be a current and financial active club member for the duration of the MSAC Winter Season, evidenced by payment of the required $50 twelve‑month membership fee.
 
2.2 Monthly Participation & Team Support
For each month of the MSAC Winter Season, players must:
Attend at least one (1) Train & Play session, or
Actively support another team on two (2) occasions (e.g. bench duty, scoring, assisting, or other approved support roles).
 
2.3 Competition Participation
Participate in one (1) club‑sanctioned 3v3 tournament during the MSAC Winter Season.
 
2.4 Community & Social Engagement
Attend a minimum of two (2) club social events during the six‑month MSAC Winter Season period.
 
3. Assessment & General Conditions
Eligibility for the 25% MSAC Winter Season Discount will be assessed at the conclusion of the Winter Season, based on demonstrated compliance with all payment, participation, and engagement requirements.
 
Failure to satisfy any of the eligibility criteria may result in the discount not being applied, with standard season rates retained.
 
The club reserves the right to review participation records and apply reasonable discretion where exceptional circumstances exist.
